Help - Signing Digitally on PDF Form and Known Issue

See the dark red tab that points to create Member’s Signature Tab.

You have three choices:
   – Type in your name
   – Draw your name
   – Add your signature image.

Create and add a new signature like “Webmaster John Doe” to give an example.

— You can delete saved signature or create another one marked in dark red. —
— Move the digital signature to the Member’s Signature line. —

— Adjust the height first and then the width. —
— You can now start filling in the textboxes and check boxes.—

  • Save the file to attach to the e-mail. It is just that easy than printing, hand sign, scanning the membership form and attach to the e-mail.
  • Just be sure to save the Digital ID file in a safe place if MSDAA officer needs to verify your signed form.
  • If you choose to print the form and hand fill, that is your choice

Known Issues / Solution

  • Search keywords “Adobe Acrobat Digital Signature Not Working on Apple devices, Chrome and LibreWolf Browsers”
  • Solution: Use Adobe Online Sign and Fill PDF for digital signature with free account.
